All goods remain property to the vendor until fully paid for. Warranty is limited to the REPLACEMENT of goods/parts invoiced only. GRT Transmission Specialists have 'first right of repair'. If the transmission is dismantled by another shop this will void warranty. Warranty does not cover incorrect fitment. Warranty does not cover misalignment from aftermarket adaptors. Transmissions must be fitted by a qualified mechanic - we will ask for proof of this. Warranty DOES NOT cover consequential loss.
If a customer's car is to remain on business premises overnight- it will be at the owner's risk and GRT will not be responsible for losses or damages that occur.
For all 4x4 Vehicles- no warranty is given on vehicles with GVM upgrades or vehicles loaded above factory limits.
The following Warranty Categories are as follows:
*The Customer/Workshop must supply vehicle details such as: REGO/VIN, Odometer reading and Car Make/Model prior to collection of transmission. Failure to do so will void warranty.
** All Transmissions must be serviced every 10,000 kms by a qualified transmission specialist - we will ask for proof of this if a warranty claim arises.
